Welcome back to the latest installment of our OrgSync series, #SyncMeUpScotty! In the smart-phone era, we’re always connected to our friends and family – so why not be connected to your student orgs, too?
Introducing the new OrgSync app.
We introduced the OrgSync app in our first #SyncMeUpScotty post, but today we’ll be delving into the nitty-gritty details.
You’ll find that after downloading it from the app store, the layout is straight-forward and clean. Press to Select Your Community, and you’ll be able to find Northeastern University as an option.
There are also some shortcuts that match up to Orgsync’s desktop site, including tapping on the left-hand corner to browse your organizations and join new ones, and sending feedback about your experience with the app.
Now say you’re browsing organizations on the left-hand corner, and you jump to an organization’s page – you’ll be able to see the details that make up the org, such as the people, photos, news, and events. Join discussions and meet new people – all from the comfort of your phone.
If you find any helpful tips that we haven’t mentioned, we’d love to hear it!
Until then, hats off to U, NU, NU…
